The newest addition to Plank’s Mega Studio offers several varieties of classes Monday thru Saturday. Studio B Classes follow in the same belief as our Mega workouts with low impact, high cardio, safe classes that focus on trimming and strength building for muscles rather than bulking!

Boot Camp: Circuit of stations using TRXs, bikes, weights, bosu balls, medicine balls, ropes and more!
Boxing: Put on the gloves for a great cardio workout! Series of punches with bags and mitts involved.
Cardio Class: running Radnor Trail with station stops for some strength. During colder months, inside biking, jumping rope, stair climbs and sprints.
TRX Boot Camp: Boot Camp with emphasis on TRX suspension straps.
Tabata Boot Camp: Interval sets of 20-30 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest along with strength stations.
Yoga Basics: All level class that brings you back to the basics of yoga or starts you at yoga!
Currently Studio B Classes can not be combined with MegaFormerTM Class package purchase & online reservations are not available.
